Happy Easter

Hallelujah! He is risen! Today is Easter, the cornerstone of my faith, and what a great way to celebrate. Mass was probably over two hours, there was a baptism of an adorable little girl, and then seven people joined the church today. Not everything went perfectly, the service was started with a fire outside and ended with snow. Then Jim and Olita served a dinner of appetizers. I went to church with Keith, which was great! We made little jokes throughout the service, but still both of us in awe of how amazing Christ really is. Happy Easter!

Our vigil was two hours as well with two baptisms/communions and a total of 5 confirmations. It was super cute to see them all so excited! Our day started with snow and there was a fire at the start of mass, so it almost parallels your's. Oh, we also had several not-so-perfect moments and I cracked jokes with a friend throughout as well...oh how I love mass and being Catholic! :)
